Magnolia, TX, March 9, 2026 — Ivy Kids Early Learning Center has broken ground on a new facility in
Audubon, located at State Highway 249 and FM 1488 in Magnolia, as the 3000-acre master-planned
community developed by Audubon Magnolia Development, LLC., continues to expand and build its
community vision.
The Ivy Kids Early Learning Center site is in Audubon’s Creekside South District with its main entrance on
Mill Run Drive which connects to FM 1488 to State Highway 249. One of seven planned “super
neighborhood” districts in Audubon, Creekside South is expected to have approximately 232 homesites
interconnected by trails that take residents through easy walks along pocket parks with views of Mill Run
Pond.
The new Ivy Kids Early Learning Center will span approximately 10,500 square feet. Once completed, the
purpose-built facility will serve up to 220 children, from infants through pre-Kindergarten, as well as offer
after-school program and seasonal camps. It is expected to employ 45 teachers and staff members.
Construction is expected to be completed in the fall of 2026 with enrollment happening now.
Designed with children and families in mind, the center will feature thoughtfully planned classrooms,
secure entry, parental access to cameras, age-appropriate learning environments, and engaging indoor
and outdoor learning spaces that support Ivy Kids’ commitment to safety, innovation, and academic
excellence.
“At Ivy Kids, we believe that access to high-quality early education strengthens families and builds stronger
communities,” said Bulbul Patel-Shah, owner of Ivy Kids Audubon. “As the owner of Ivy Kids Audubon—
and as a mother of two young children—I am deeply committed to creating a nurturing, safe, and inspiring
environment where children can learn, grow, and thrive. This center reflects what I want for my own
children: high-quality early education, caring teachers, and a strong partnership with families. We are
proud to bring Ivy Kids to the Audubon community and look forward to supporting local families during
some of the most important years of their children’s development.”
Sam Yager III, Vice President of Audubon Magnolia Development, LLC, said the new schools adds to the
conveniences parents will find in Audubon.
“We are proud to announce the expansion of our educational facilities with the opening of Ivy Kids in
Creekside South,” he said. “This is a strategic move designed to meet the growing needs of our community
and enhance learning opportunities for our youngest residents. Ivy Kids will be a stepping-stone between
the home and the more rigid, educational environment offered by Audubon Elementary School. This
certainly aligns with our goal of creating a place where homes, natural areas, amenities, education and
everyday conveniences are just right around the corner from residents’ doorsteps.”
Ivy Kids Early Learning Center is known for its MultiPrep® Curriculum, a research-informed, multiple-
intelligence approach that supports academic readiness, creativity, critical thinking and social-emotional
development. Children also benefit from the Ivy Kids BrainBites® Nutrition Program, which provides
wholesome meals and snacks, and the World Changers® Character Development Program, designed to
instill kindness, confidence and responsibility from an early age.
The new Ivy Kids center will play a vital role in supporting working families by offering full-day, year-round
care in a safe, nurturing environment, helping parents balance career demands while ensuring their
children receive a strong educational foundation.
