Audubon preserves as much of the natural landscape as possible within the design of the community. Every new home in Audubon will be within a 5-minute walk of a trail, path, or park. Audubon is located in Magnolia, TX along Mill Creek where majestic trees of Texas piney woods flourish, offering ideal outdoor fun, fishing along the banks of Mill Creek, bird watching and more.

THE CREEK

Discover the serene charm of our Audubon, where a gentle meandering creek weaves through the community design. A local feature of Magnolia, Mill Creek enhances the aesthetic appeal of Audubon and brings forth a host of benefits. As it leisurely winds its way, the creek provides a natural habitat for local flora and fauna, essential to the outdoor life that thrives in Audubon.

THE BIRDS

Be on the lookout for feathered friends. Discover native birds year-round. Raptors, song birds and and water birds can be seen in the Audubon's various wildlife habitats.

THE TREES

Let it grow. The roots of our commitment to nature run deep and embraces the one-of-a-kind majesty of heritage trees. There’s just nothing like the shade of a mature tree, where the past intertwines with the present and presents endless options for community connection.

Mill Creek

Audubon features a community-wide park system that relies upon the interconnected natural tributaries connecting to Mill Creek. Audubon Park takes advantage of the beauty of the topography to showcase over 5 miles of creek frontage. These interconnected green belts bring nature into every step of Audubon living and weave together the natural habitat, beauty, and outdoor access. As Audubon grows and matures, the Audubon Park system will also continue to improve facilities and adapt to the needs of the community. Winging it

Audubon is perch perfect

Audubon parks are designed to support the delightful presence of native birds. Look skyward and you may spot vibrant flashes of color or hear distinctive calls. From charming tunes of songbirds to the graceful flight of majestic raptors, take a moment to discover the winged wonders that call our community home. Each winged wonder is a reminder of the interconnected beauty that flourishes in the heart of nature.

Branching into the Future

The Audubon development team recently re-homed heritage trees in Audubon Park. A 28-foot Texas Red Oak was transplanted in the roundabout. Alongside this tree, Audubon Park will soon be home to five additional Texas Red Oaks and more than ten substantial pine trees.
